ASSESSMENT
We help organizations evaluate market conditions, community dynamics, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities through integrated analytical and geographic perspectives.
Assessments are scoped to fit the question each organization is trying to answer, whether that's choosing a new location, planning a facility, or evaluating a service line.
We worked with a private high school in the Midwest to justify strategic growth plans that expanded their service offering and student body. Leadership is moving forward with targeting a new student type to meet market changes.

We analyzed community sentiment in a Sanitary Improvement District (SID) regarding community expansion and tax implications. The outcome provided the county developer with critical details to structure a tailored growth plan while minimizing community impact.
GIS MAPPING
When geography, accessibility, and location influence decisions, traditional reporting alone is often insufficient. We use spatial analysis and geographic visualization to uncover patterns, relationships, and opportunities that may not be visible through conventional data analysis.
Our GIS work is often integrated with interactive analytical tools and visualization frameworks to support exploration, planning, and decision-making.
We worked with the Houston Ballet by assessing student travel, market expansion opportunities, and competitive opportunities, ultimately informing a new studio location.
